Re George Charles Tozer deceased.
PURSUANT to the provisions of the “Trustees and Executors Act of 1897”
Notice is hereby given that all creditors and other persons having claims against the estate of George Charles Tozer late of Barcoorah station near Aramac in the Colony of Queensland Grazier deceased who died on or about the twenty-third day of December 1899 at Exeter in that part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland called England probate of whose will was on the sixteenth day of Match 1900 granted by the Supreme Court of Queensland Rockhampton to Charles Reader Klugh of Longreach in the Colony of Queensland merchant and George Arnell of Longreach aforesaid commission agent the executors named in the said will are hereby required to send in in writing particulars of their debts or claims to the said executors at the office of the undersigned their solicitor on or before TUESDAY, the Fifteenth day of May 1900 And notice is hereby also given that after the expiration of the last mentioned day the said executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims of which they shall then have had notice And that they will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whoso debt or claim they shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
