A telegram received at Muttaburra on the 13th instant states that a man named Stephen Neill, a wool-classer, had been found dead in his tent at Broadwater.

ECCLESIASTICAL JURISDICTION.
In the Goods of Stephen Sutcliffe Neale , late of Muttaburra , in the Colony of Queensland, wool-classer , deceased , intestate.
Notice hereby given, that, after the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the publication hereof , application will be made to the said Honourable Court that Letters of Administration (durante absentia of Catherine Neale , the lawful widow and relict of the said deceased, and Elizabeth Neale, the natural , lawful , and only child of the said deceased) of all and singular the goods, chattels, credits, and effects of the abovenamed Stephen Sutcliffe Neale, deceased, may be granted to Walter Neale, of Rockhampton, in said Colony, woolclasser, the natural and lawful brother of the said deceased , and the only next-of-kin of the said deceased resident in the said Colony, the said Catherine Neale and the said Elizabeth Neale being beyond the jurisdiction of this Honourable Court, and now resident in America and England respectively.
Dated at Rockhampton this seventeenth day of January, 1893.
