A young man named John Clarke, who was working on Penlan Station, blew the top of his head off this morning. The only reason known is that he was complaining of pains in the stomach. The police have gone out to Investigate.

At the adjourned inquiry into the death of John Clarke, who shot himself at Penlan Station, an open verdict was returned. The deceased left a letter stating that he had bad pains in the head for twelve weeks and could not stand it any longer.
